By accessing and using the AI LabTest web application ("the Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
AI LabTest is an AI-powered interpretation tool that analyzes uploaded lab test results and generates a structured, readable report. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to use this Service.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- AI LabTest provides educational insights only. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or replace professional medical advice.
- Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding your lab results, health concerns, or treatment decisions.
- Information generated by the Service is for general informational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or therapy.
- AI LabTest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any analysis or interpretation provided.
4. Data Privacy
- User authentication is securely handled via Supabase Auth (Google or Email login). We do not store or see your password.
- Temporary session data is used to personalize your experience and is automatically destroyed when your session ends.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card or billing information.
- Uploaded lab results are used exclusively for generating an interpretation report and are not stored or reused beyond your active session.
- No uploaded data is shared with third parties for secondary purposes such as research, AI training, or marketing.
- We are committed to EHDS-aligned practices, ensuring compliance with EU privacy and ethical standards for health data.
- Cross-border safeguards: No health data is transferred outside the European Economic Area except to subprocessors that guarantee equivalent protection under GDPR Art. 46.

5. Payments
- You may view a partial analysis (Sections I–III) for free.
- Full analysis and PDF download (Sections IV–VI) require a one-time payment via Stripe.
- All payments are final unless required otherwise by law.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the Service.
- Do not upload offensive, fraudulent, or unrelated content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software are the intellectual property of the developer (vabarco) unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce or repurpose any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated interpretations.
- No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
8a. Data Portability and User Rights
- Users may request a copy of their uploaded input and generated output in a standardized, interoperable format (e.g., PDF or JSON/FHIR export).
- All other GDPR and EHDS rights (access, deletion, correction, restriction) are supported by design, as the Service minimizes storage of personal data.

8b. Geo-Blocking Regulation Compliance
AI LabTest complies with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination based on nationality, residence, or place of establishment within the European Economic Area.
Users from any EU/EEA member state have equal access to the Service, under the same conditions, pricing, and features.
No restrictions, redirects, or differentiated treatment are applied to users based solely on their geographic location or country of origin, except where required by applicable law or regional data-protection rules.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the latest version.
